I don’t have much to say because I am busy. This little gem was just on TV and I stopped, watched and laughed my ass off. I thought it was funny that Obama was riding on a unicorn and running with Bambi. I hope that everyone will vote this year for whoever best reflects your values and concerns for change.

After another long slow dance with retirement, Brett Favre wants to play another year. Maybe he just loves the game so much, but I would be pressed to believe he’s nervous about Peyton Manning. If Manning continues along the same pace he has been going, he’ll shatter every Favre record with the exception of career interceptions. Maybe it’s Brett’s love for the game or maybe it’s his ego taking over in the sunset of his hall of fame career. Either way, Green Bay doesn’t want him back and something’s gotta give.

Brett has stated that he wants to come back and start. The Packers accepted Favre’s resignation in March and have been re-forming their offense around Favre comes to Tampa to scoop up the starting position? On the other hand, the fans sure would have a lot of crow to eat when the nemesis comes to play for them.

4. Carolina Panthers: Is Favre Interested in the Panthers? Carolina doesn’t have a very strong set of receivers or a dependable and versatile running back. I think he’ll get sacked a lot in Carolina and end up injured or having a dismal year.

3. Baltimore Ravens: Brett could immediately start with the Ravens and I could see him turning some of those ho-hum receivers into diamonds in the rough. He’s a good cold weather QB and it gets rough in Baltimore. It’d be interesting to say the least.

2. Minnesota Vikings: Ick. I was born and raised a mile away from Minnesota and can’t stand the Vikings. If Favre becomes a Purple People Eater, I would throw up and cry myself to sleep. It was bad enough when Randy Moss embarassed us during his rookie year at a Monday night game in Green Bay. I was at a bar in Minneapolis watching that game and was one of two Packer fans. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Favre isn’t a good indoor quarterback either, so I think they’d get less than they bargained for.

1. Miami Dolphins: I think this is the perfect option. They are an offense in need of a quarterback, and they don’t have anyone capable of filling that role. This would give the Dolphins a year or two to figure out their next QB move and greatly increase their chances of competing during the transition. Favre brings out the best in every player, and his leadership will raise the stats and the stock for players that could be traded to acquire higher draft picks or a proven quarterback after Favre really retires. The Packers would likely be able to get something at least decent out of Miami in a trade, and they wouldn’t really have to worry about Favre’s performance unless it was in the Superbowl. Sounds like a match made in heaven to me.

Wherever Favre goes, he’ll continue to be a guy I love to watch, and will always respect. Sure he’s got an ego and he doesn’t know when to quit, but that’s Brett. Love him or hate him, or love him AND hate him.

I am so excited that BB is back! I can’t wait to find out what the twists will be this season and who will get in the first bitch slap fight??? This post is for anyone trying to mend a broken heart but cannot find the strength, courage or hope that tomorrow will be better than today. The pain in your heart and the confusion in your head will lesson over time when you trust your instincts or your gut, whatever. When there is someone in our life that holds us back from our true potential, they must be set free. In my experience, holding someone back from being truly happy equals control. Control freaks need to check themselves because I have a little secret for them . . . no one is in control. Everyone has choices to make throughout their lives that can control their destiny but controlling another person is just plain psycho. To really achieve inner happiness and some peace - just give it up to the universe. It will take care of you and lead you on the journey that you are meant to be on.
